Giving Back
Each year, we support our community in multiple ways. The sections below cover the Give Back Program, the September Food Bank, Donation Days, holiday giveaways and youth sports, how to request a donation, and the schools and groups we have already supported.
Every family deserves to experience holiday magic, and every child deserves to have access to quality playthings, regardless of income.
Give Back Program
During our annual Give Back Program, 15% of purchases are given back to local schools and organizations via a special code.
The total this program has given back will be added here.
September Food Bank Program
Every September, our Food Bank program raises tens of thousands of dollars for local food banks. When customers donate $20 to a local food bank, they receive 20% off their entire purchase.
Donation Days
On special Donation Days, we donate 10% of sales to worthy causes. These are usually tied to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Juneteenth, Transgender Day of Visibility, and natural disaster relief.
More Ways We Show Up
Every year on one special day in December, we host a Holiday Toy Giveaway with Toys for Tots, Richmond Fire and Police Holiday Program, East Bay Agency for Children, West Contra Costa Family Justice Center, and Bay Area Rescue Mission.
We sponsor many youth sports teams throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. A school or neighborhood club can ask us to back a team for the season, and that support stays with the kids from the first practice through the last game of the year.
We donate to local schools and organizations for their auctions, raffles, and the other fundraisers they host through the year. A prize from the store can sit on the raffle table or go into a silent auction, and the money raised stays with that school or group.
Donations
Need a donation for your school or organization's event?
Please fill out and submit this form at least one month before the event.
Please email donations@5littlemonkeys.com with any questions.
Please note: in an effort to widen our impact, we donate once per calendar year to each organization’s raffle or auction.
